We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at AEROV.
Returns may be accepted within a set number of days of delivery (e.g. 7 days) if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Certain items, such as software licenses and opened electronics, may not be eligible for return.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
